We provide the following services to small and medium sole
traders, partnerships or companies in the ACT and NSW.
We can also provide remote services to businesses anywhere
in Australia. Our business model enables us to be flexible
and work with the business to come up with the best solution
for your needs.
Bookkeeping
We provide basic bookkeeping for clients who need to get their
books in order for tax compliance purposes. This includes reporting
for BAS, paying superannuation quarterly, providing group certificates
for employees and providing a fully reconciled data file to
the Accountant for tax planning and tax compliance. We
are able to provide these services at either your business
premises or ours.
The services included in our basic bookkeeping are:
- MYOB data entry
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Creditor payments
- Debt collection
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, petty cash and credit/debit
cards
- Payroll
- Superannuation
- Ensure all insurances are up to date
- Inventory Management
- Job/Project costing
- Liaison with Accountant, ATO and Financial Advisor when
required
Set Up
We provide a set up service for those
businesses starting out, growing, or changing their processes.
As we are an MYOB reseller we are able to provide any MYOB
product for 10% less than the retail price. We will recommend
a product appropriate for your business and will set up the
data file including your chart of accounts, invoice customisation,
grouped electronic payments for creditors and payroll; as
well as advice on and set up your general bookkeeping processes
and paperwork flow and filing.
Training
We provide training to business owners
and/or staff who may have little or no knowledge of MYOB, through
to those with extensive knowledge who may need a brush up in
certain areas. It
could be an admin person who wants to step up and take on
more responsibility or current bookkeepers who want the extra
knowledge in MYOB and sound bookkeeping practices. It may
also be the business owner who wishes to do their own bookkeeping. Whatever
your requirements we are happy to cater for your individual
needs and happy to provide training at your place of business
or ours.
Financial Control
We provide specific services under Financial Control to current
clients or businesses that may not require any of our other
services. This enables you to have a financial controller
at hand without having the cost of a full time staff member.
Management Reporting
This is a great tool for Management to get a snapshot of their
current business position. We review the financials
once reconciled each month or quarter and provide a report
showing an invaluable snapshot of financial information you
need in order to make important business decisions.
Cashflow/Budget Preparation & Analysis
How do you know if your business is on track and meeting all
of your objectives if you don’t know what your objectives
are?
Having enough cash to pay for all of your general business
expenses as well as your business loans, new business equipment
and other investments, is vital to sustaining your business.
Understanding how and when you will achieve your objectives
is a vital business planning tool. We will sit down with you
and work out your financial objectives and then report and
revise as necessary.
